Emicia graduated with her Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University with honors. While there, she completed a thesis on The Relationship between Hope and Empowerment based on the theories of Dr. Marc Zimmerman and Dr. C.R. Snyder.
She conducted a research project in conjunction with her thesis to study hope and empowerment, by operationalizing the variables, which involved 50 participants. Emicia also successfully defended her thesis before a panel of experts and was thrilled to share her findings. She previously served as a thesis advisor for the Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership program that she graduated from. And she is excited to further research topics that are related to the upliftment of her community. She plans to use that research to serve the underserved. |
